OPERATING CONDITIONS (1) Ambient temperature: When the temperature ranges from 200C to + 500C, use DB-25 hydraulic oil; When the temperature is lower than 200C, use YH-10 aero hydraulic oil, which is no necessary to be added with a heater or use DB-25 hydraulic oil which must be added with a heater. (2)Continuous operation S1, intermitted operation S3, duty on-time rate FC = 60%. (3) Voltage and frequency: 3 phase, AC power, 380 V / 50 HZ. Other products with different frequency and voltage are also available upon request. Please consult when ordering. (4) The 3 phase, AC asynchronous motor accords with GB755-2000 standard. The insulation class is F. The electrical protection grade is IP 65. (5) Cable: The maximum size of the cable entry is up to 4 X 2.5 mm2. (6) High efficient anticorrosive products which are applicable for places with corrosive medium in the air and high relative humidity and condensed water may consequently be produced. The motor adopts the stator of vacuum injection. The coating adopts special anticorrosive paint series which can furnish all sorts of anticorrosive products. Customers can consult with the company upon request. MOUNTING METHODS (1) Vertical mounting: Connecting lug of the piston rod uppermost. (2) Horizontal mounting and any intermediate positions: Mounting type refers to the figure below. (3) All of the connecting lugs of the thrusters are rotatabe. The basement fixture of Ed50 - Ed301 thrusters can be 900 rotatable. The basement fixture of Ed23 - Ed30 thrusters can also be 900 rotatable. However the dimension A of the mounting height has to be increased by 8 mm. (Please specify when ordering). (4) The piston rod must never bear the radial force in any mounting position so as to avoid any influence on the application effect and service life. ADDITIONAL DEVICES (1) Various additional devices can be equipped upon request of the customers to meet the demand of various applications. (2) Lifting or lowering valve(s). The lifting of lowering time can by steplessly prolonged by adding the lifting valve H, lowering valve S or both lifting and lowering valves. The adjustable maximum value is up to 10 - 20 times of the rated value. The valve is adjusted externally. Thrusters with the valve(s) (when the valve is completely opened) gives longer lifting or lowering time, 0.1-0.2 second for short stroke and 0.2-0.4 second for long stroke. (3)Brake spring (C-spring): C-spring generates the braking force. Values of the force of the braking spring shown in table 1 refer to the spring force of 1/3 of the lifting stroke (2/3 of the lowering stroke). (4) Reset spring: The working principle is similar to C-spring. However the force of the reset spring is smaller. (5) Damping spring (d-spring): Damping spring (only applicable for short stroke thrusters) is added mainly to adjust the braking process. The aperiodic transient process of dampened braking makes the braking smooth. It is fitted on the piston rod instead of the connecting lug of the push rod, which does not change the stroke of the thruster. (Note: The thruster can not be equipped with the limit switch if d-spring is fitted and must be adapted with C-spring). (6) Heater: For places with the ambient temperature lower than 200C a heater can be added upon request of the customers. Heaters are of AC 220 V, AC 110 V. Please specify when ordering. The methods of temperature control and adjustment are at the disposal of the customers. (7) Limit switch: The thrusters can be fitted with mechanical limit switch or approach switch. MAIN FEATURES (1) The piston rod adopts advanced protective measures which can reduce the wear and protect corrosion and equipped with dust protection double seal and oil chamber double seal of the hydraulic system, which greatly increase the service life.
